DRH-300導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)測試儀(護熱平板法,單平板)

該儀器基于單向穩(wěn)定導(dǎo)熱原理,當(dāng)試樣上、下兩面處于不同的穩(wěn)定溫度下,測量通過試樣有效傳熱面積的熱流及試樣兩表面間溫差和厚度,計算導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)。滿足了材料檢測研究部門對材料導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)的高精度測試要求。儀器參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn):GB/T3399《塑料導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)試驗方法,護熱平板法》、GB/T3139-2005(纖維增強塑料導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)試驗方法)(玻璃鋼導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)試驗方法)、GB/10294-2008(絕熱材料穩(wěn)態(tài)熱阻及有關(guān)特性的測定 防護熱板法等。主要測試塑料、玻璃、纖維、泡沫、保溫材料等。廣泛應(yīng)用在大中院校,科研單位,質(zhì)檢部門和生產(chǎn)廠的材料分析檢測。

DRH-300導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)測試儀(護熱平板法,單平板)主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)

1、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)范圍:0.001~2.000W/mk;

2、測試精度:±3%;

3、試樣尺寸:單試件300×300×(10-50)mm;平面度: < 0.05 mm.

4、熱面溫度范圍:室溫~100℃,溫度分辯率0.01℃,測量精度: 0.05℃;

5、冷面溫度范圍:0~60℃,溫度分辯率0.01℃;

6、計算機控制全自動測試;

7、冷熱板溫差:默認(rèn)值20℃,用戶也可以自行設(shè)定

常用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溫差: 20℃ 常用溫度差范圍15-25℃

8、使用電源:230V,60HZ。

配置:含測試主機壹臺,軟件壹套,高精度恒溫水槽壹臺,帶英文操作系統(tǒng)的臺式電腦壹臺。

 

DRH-300 Coefficient of thermal conductivity tester(The protecting-hot plate method)

1.Overview:

The instrument is based on one-way steady heat conduction principle, When the upside and downside of the sample in different stable temperature, measured by the specimen effective heat transfer area of heat flux 、the temperature that is difference between the upside and downside and it thickness to calculate it coefficient of thermal conductivity.
